+ How old do you have to be to rent a property?
The contracted guest must be 25 years of age to sign the rental contract. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests who are under the minimum age for the entire duration of the rental. You agree to provide us with proof of age upon request. Please contact Someday Vacation Rentals if there are any questions regarding the minimum rental.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
+ When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is 10am.
+ What cooking/eating utensils will I need?
Our condos are provided with all ordinary cooking equipment, including pans, cutlery, and dishware. Unless you have a specific and unusual requirement, you should not need to bring anything to cook with.
+ Do I have to bring my own bedding/sleeping bags/pillows?
No, bedding is provided for all beds in our cabins, including clean sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows.
+ Do you allow pets?
We love animals but they are not allowed in any of our condos.
